Questions
that matter.

Straight answers about ProvSeal Desktop.

Do I need a connection to sign?

No. Signing and verification happen on the workstation. A connection is only used for governance exchanges with the Console, if you use it.

Can I use Desktop without the Console?

Yes. Desktop works on its own for one workstation or a small team.

Which certificate do I need?

To get the Trusted status, a certificate from an authority on the C2PA trust list. A test certificate is enough to try it out.

Why is the download not public?

During the beta, we install the application with each pilot organisation.
