What the AI did, declared.
On your platform, users generate and edit media. ProvSeal records what the AI did to each image, keeps the original provenance and signs the result with your identity.
How it works for you.
What ProvSeal records at each step of your workflow.
Import
The user’s image arrives with any provenance it already has, kept as an ingredient.

What changes, concretely, in your day-to-day work.
- Separate the human from the generated. The history shows what was imported, edited and generated, without claiming to judge the truth.
- Stay in control of the infrastructure.Signing on your servers, with your keys, without depending on a third-party API.
- Export usable data.Verification reports export to JSON for your quality-control tools.
What C2PA does not prove
Transparency is part of the standard. Knowing its limits matters as much as knowing what it can do.
- The truth of what the image shows
- That a human is the author
- Copyright ownership
- Automatic AI detection
Questions
that matter.
Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Does ProvSeal detect AI content?
No. ProvSeal declares and verifies provenance. It is not a classifier, and it does not decide whether content is true or false.
Can we process outputs in batches?
Yes, signing and verification run in batches, with the same policy.
How do we move from test signing to production?
Public trust requires a recognised certificate chain. Test certificates remain useful for demos and internal validation.
